【个人简介】
2025年6月华南农业大学获工学博士学位。2025年7月至今,国产a视频免费观看不卡讲师。主要研究方向为植物蛋白结构与界面行为、食品生物技术和药食同源原料功效挖掘。近五年在Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、中国食品学报等国内外主流期刊发表学术论文11篇;授权中国发明专利2件和美国专利1件。
